It’s been a very long time coming, but it seems as if Dying Light 2 will finally be coming relatively soon. While once slated to come just at the end of 2021 in December, it has since been delayed to the beginning of 2022 instead. The game looks to once again capture the feeling of being in a zombie-infested world with lots of weapons and mechanics. Now, it also seems like it’ll have some notable star power as well.
As announced by Techland, actress Rosario Dawson will star in the game. Dawson has had a lot acting career, with her most recent high profile role being in the Star Wars series, The Mandalorian, and soon to have her own spinoff. Here she’ll play a character named Lawan, who she describes as a modern day warrior. Lawan is out for vengeance against a group who has wronged her, and apparently your actions will determine what path she takes.
Dying Light 2 Stay Human will release on February 4th 2022 for PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One and PC. A cloud version will also release on the same date for Nintendo Switch.
